Where you purchased your subscription.
Whether your new device uses the same operating system. For example, if you purchased Kegel Men through the App Store and your new phone is also an iPhone, you should be able to continue using your subscription.

If your Kegel Men subscription was purchased on our website, or if you purchased it through the App Store or Google Play and your new device uses the same operating system as your previous device, you should be able to access your subscription on your new phone.

2. If you changed to a device with a different store system
If your subscription was purchased through a specific store page and you moved to a device that uses a different store system, your subscription must be transferred by our support team.
To proceed, please,
Download the Kegel Men app on your new device.
Open the app.
Complete the initial quiz.
Locate your User ID.

I Did Not Receive My Verification Email
Our support team will request the User ID on your new device to verify your subscription and help restore your Premium access.
