If you purchased MoovBuddy Premium through the App Store or Google Play, your subscription is automatically linked to both your store account and the MoovBuddy account used at the time of purchase.
To access your Premium features, simply sign in to the MoovBuddy app using the same Apple ID or Google account associated with your purchase, and make sure you are logged into the same MoovBuddy account.

*If you have already downloaded the MoovBuddy app, you should be able to view your subscription identified in your account.
If Your Premium Access Does Not Appear
Please make sure:
Very recent purchases may not appear immediately. Please wait a few minutes, then close and reopen the app.
You are logged into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
You are logged into the same MoovBuddy account used for the purchase.
You are using the latest version of the app.
Your purchase was completed successfully through the store.
You try logging out of your account and signing in again.
How to Log Out and Sign In Again
Open the MoovBuddy app.
Go to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top corner of your profile.
Scroll down and tap 'Logout'
Once you return to the launch screen, sign in again using the same Apple ID, Google account, or email address you used previously.
