If the problem continues, you can try accessing the app again by following the steps below:
Uninstall the Kegel Men app.
Download the Kegel Men app using this link.
Open the app.
On the login screen, select “GET STARTED” and take the initial quiz again.
Once you complete these steps, you will be able to enter the app.
After entering the app, please share your User ID with our support team so we can locate your account.
How to Find Your User ID
You can find your User ID in the app by following these steps:
Go to the main screen of the application.
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
Open your Profile screen.
Scroll down and you will see your User ID.
