Activating Premium Subscription After App Store or Google Play Purchase

If you purchased Kegel Men Premium through the App Store or Google Play, your subscription is linked directly to your store account.

To access your Premium features, simply sign in to the app making sure that you are using the Apple or Gmail account associated with your purchase.

*If you have already downloaded the Kegel Men app, please uninstall it before continuing. 

1. Download the Kegel Men app.

2. Open the Kegel Men app.

3. On the login screen, tap “Already have an account? Sign In.”

4. You will be able to enter the app and access your Premium features.

Once logged in, your Premium subscription will be recognized automatically through your App Store or Google Play purchase.

If Your Premium Access Does Not Appear

Please make sure:

• Very recent purchases may not appear immediately. Please wait a few minutes, then close and reopen the app.

• You are logged into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.

• You are using the latest version of the app.

• Your purchase was completed successfully through the store.
