MoovBuddy subscriptions can be purchased through the App Store, Google Play Store, or directly through the MoovBuddy website.
Knowing where your subscription was purchased is important because subscriptions must be managed and viewed through the same platform where they were originally purchased.
Step 1: Check the App Store or Google Play Store
If you are not sure where you purchased your subscription, we recommend checking your app store subscriptions first.
Depending on your device:
iPhone / iPad users: Check your subscription in the App Store
Android users: Check your subscription in the Google Play Store

Step 2: Check Your Website Subscription
If you do not see an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play Store account, your subscription may have been purchased through the MoovBuddy website.
You can use the Customer Portal to check your website purchases.
By accessing your account through this link, you will be able to view:
Your MoovBuddy subscription details
Any additional feature purchases
Your subscription renewal dates
