Uninstall the MoovBuddy app.
Download the MoovBuddy app using this link.
Open the app.
On the login screen, select your gender and take the initial quiz again.
Once you complete these steps, you will be able to enter the app.
After entering the app, please share your User ID with our support team by submitting a request so we can locate your account.
