How Can I Access My Subscription Details?
To protect user privacy and keep the login process simple, Kegel Men does not require users to create or remember a password. Instead, we use a secure email verification system that allows you to sign in using a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your email.
How to Access Your Premium Subscription
*If you have already downloaded the Kegel Men app, please uninstall it before continuing.
Download the Kegel Men app.
Open the app.
On the login screen, tap “Already have an account? Sign In.”
You will either directly entering the app or a pop-up asking your e-mail will appear
Enter the same email address used during your purchase.
A verification code (OTP) will be sent to your email.
Enter the code in the app to verify your account.
Once your email is verified, you will be able to enter the app and access your Premium features.
Didn’t Receive the Verification Code?
If you do not receive the verification code:
Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address used during the purchase.
Wait a moment and request the code again if needed.
