If you notice that your personal plan progess in MoovBuddy app has unexpectedly reset, this may be because a new account or personal plan was created by mistake. This article explains why this happens and how you can avoid it.
Why Does My Personal Plan Reset to Beginner?
The MoovBuddy app tracks your progress and personal plan, based on your registered account. If a new account is created, the app treats it as a fresh start, so your level may appear as beginner. Similarly since more than one personal plan could be created in the same account, it is possible that you are currently in a different plan.
The most common reasons this happens are:
Completing the initial quiz again and creating a new account
Deleting your account
Creating multiple personal plans.
Logging out and signing in with a different account
Signing into MoovBuddy with more than one methods (having registered with Gmail account, and additionally with a different e-mail)
Signing in with a different App Store or Google Play account than the one used to purchase your MoovBuddy subscription
How to Access Your Subscription and Account
If you have deleted your account, you will need to contact our support team to access your subscription details.
