In some cases, your face yoga exercises may be inaccessible or missing from your account interface. In these cases you might not see anything under your face yoga plan and your User ID may appear as 'Unidentified or Nan' This can happen due to temporary app or login issues.
Please try the steps below to resolve the problem:
1. Reinstall the App (Recommended First Step)
Outdated app versions may cause loading or account-related issues. Reinstalling ensures you are using the latest version.
- Delete the Young Face app from your device
- Download it again from the App Store / Google Play Store
- Open the app
On the launch screen:
- Tap “Already have an account?”
- Enter your account details or continue if automatically logged in
You should now be able to access your personal plan normally.
2. Try Logging In Via the Initial Quiz
If the issue persists after signing in, try entering the app through the initial quiz flow:
- Delete and reinstall the app again
- Open the app
- This time, do not tap "Already have an account?”
- Complete the initial quiz
- Log in when prompted after the quiz
