If you purchased MoovBuddy Premium through our website, you can access your Premium features by signing into the app using the same email address used during the purchase.

To use MoovBuddy, users need to create an account using Google, Apple ID, or an email address and password.
If you sign up with Google or Apple ID, the app will recognize your account through these integrations, allowing you to log in directly.
If you sign up using your email address and password, you can log in with those same credentials anytime.
Any subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play will be assigned to your current MoovBuddy account.

*If you have already downloaded the MoovBuddy app, please uninstall it before continuing.
Download the MoovBuddy app.
Open the app.
On the login screen, tap “I have an account? Sign In.”
You will either directly entering the app or a pop-up asking your e-mail will appear
Enter the same email address used during your purchase.
A verification code (OTP) will be sent to your email.
Enter the code in the app to verify your account.
Once your email is verified, you will be able to enter the app and access your Premium features.
Didn’t Receive the Verification Code?
If you do not receive the verification code:
Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address used during the purchase.
Wait a moment and request the code again if needed.
