If your subscription was purchased through the Kegel Men website:

• Refunds are processed directly by our system

• You may be provided with a refund confirmation or tracking reference

• The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time

App Store & Google Play Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store:

• Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not Kegel Men

• The timing may vary depending on their policies and your payment method
