At MoovBuddy, we understand that managing your subscription and billing information may sometimes raise questions. This guide explains how subscription charges, feature purchases, and refunds work in the MoovBuddy app.
Subscription Charges Overview
Your MoovBuddy subscription was initiated through our website. Depending on the plan you selected (weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual), the subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
This subscription provides continuous access to MoovBuddy Premium, including:
Personalized physical exercise plan designed by a physiotherapist
Exercise sessions targeted for specific areas and aim
Educational content designed to support your wellbeing
Recurring billing ensures uninterrupted access to these features.
Additional Feature Purchases
In addition to the Premium subscription, the MoovBuddy app also offers optional extra features available as separate purchases.
MoovBuddy AI
MoovBuddy AI is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access within the MoovBuddy app. It does not renew automatically and does not create any recurring charges. Once purchased, it remains permanently available in your account.
Online Physiotherapy Sessions
MoovBuddy also allows you to book online physiotherapy sessions directly through the app, wherever you are in the world. These sessions are available in different packages and are not included in the Premium subscription. Appointments are scheduled in the app, and the sessions are conducted via video call.
Handling Unauthorized Purchases and Refunds
If any unauthorized purchases are detected on your account, we act promptly to refund these transactions. Please note that while the purchase amount is refunded, a bank deduction fee may apply depending on your banking institution's policies.

Subscription Cancellation and Access Period
If your subscription is cancelled or refunded, it will no longer renew.
