The core feature of MoovBuddy is your Personal Plan.
This plan is created specifically for you based on:
- Your lifestyle (e.g., sitting long hours, active routine)
- Your goals (posture, pain relief, flexibility, strength)
- Your body condition and focus areas
The personal plan is determined based on the initial quiz taken.
Because every body is different, each plan is designed to target the areas that need the most improvement. The plan consists of exercise sets are specifically placed according to the initial quiz and each has an aim.
Why Are the Exercises Repetitive?
Your Personal Plan includes a set of exercises you are expected to perform daily.
This is intentional.
Just like in physiotherapy: Real improvement comes from consistent repetition.
Your plan does not frequently change because:
- Your muscles need time to adapt
- Repetition builds strength and mobility
- Consistency leads to long-term results
Changing exercises too often would reduce effectiveness. The goal is not variety, but progress.
What If Repetition Feels Boring?
We understand that repeating the same routine can feel monotonous. To keep you engaged, MoovBuddy offers additional solutions:
1. Creating Multiple Personal Plans
You can create different plans based on different goals. To be able to do that you can follow the steps below in the app:
- Go to the Today tab
- Tap Create Your Personal Plan
You will be taking the initial quiz again and create another personal plan.
You can access all your plans under My Programs
This allows you to switch between routines when needed.
2. Editing Your Personal Plan
MoovBuddy allows you to fully customize your Personal Plan based on your preferences.
If your plan feels too long, or if you want certain exercises to appear in a specific order (for example, placing some at the beginning or end of your session), you can easily adjust it.
How to Edit Your Plan
- Go to the Today tab
- Navigate to the My Programs section
- Select the Personal Plan you want to edit
- Tap the Edit button in the top right corner
From there, you can:
- Rearrange exercises in any order you prefer
- Remove exercises from your plan
- Add suggested exercises to your routine
This flexibility allows you to structure your plan in a way that best fits your routine and comfort.
3. Explore Additional Exercises
MoovBuddy includes 300+ exercises targeting different body areas and goals.
- Go to the Exercises tab to explore them
You can use these alongside your main plan for more variety.
4. Use Notifications to Stay Consistent
Enabling notifications helps you build a routine and stay on track with your exercises and exercise reminder.
