How Do I Create A New Personal Plan?

MoovBuddy users typically follow the personalized plan created during their initial onboarding. However, we understand that your needs may change over time, and you may want to start a new plan.

Please note:

• Once you create a new personal plan, your previous plan will still be accessible under the My Programs section
• You will start from Day 1 with your new plan

How to Start a New Plan

To create a new personalized plan, you just need to follow the steps below:

1. Open the MoovBuddy app 
2. Go to the Today tab
3. Tap Create Your Personal Plan
4. Choose Take Quiz Again to generate a new personalized plan

You will be able to view all the plans you had created under the My Programs section.
