Setting reminders can help you stay on track and make your exercises part of your daily routine.
Steps to Set a Reminder
- Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
- Find the Reminder option
- Turn the reminder (On)
- Select your preferred days and time
- Tap Save to apply your changes
Once set, you’ll receive notifications to help you stay consistent with your personal plan.
Important
If you’re not receiving reminders, make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings.
