Why Do I See Multiple Charges In My Account?

If you notice more than one charge on your account, this is usually because different types of purchases may have been made within the Kegel Men app.

1. Subscription Charges (Recurring)

The Kegel Men Premium subscription is a recurring payment.

This means:

• You are charged automatically based on your selected plan (weekly, monthly, etc.)

• Each billing cycle will appear as a separate charge

👉 This is expected behavior for subscriptions.

2. Additional Feature Purchases (One-Time)

In addition to your subscription, you may have purchased optional features.

These include:

• Kegel Men AI Coach

• Pre-Sex Tips

These are:

• One-time purchases

• Not recurring

• Charged separately from your subscription

👉 These may appear as additional charges on your account.

3. Additional Products or Offers

You may also see charges related to other optional offers, such as:

• App Pass → a recurring subscription that provides access to other apps (MoovBuddy & Young Face)

• QuitBuddy → typically a one-time purchase with lifetime access

👉 These are separate products, which can result in additional charges if selected during purchase.

Why This Happens

Multiple charges can appear if:

• You have an active subscription

• You purchased additional features

• You accepted optional offers during checkout

Each of these is billed separately, which is why you may see more than one charge.
