If you purchased your Kegel Men subscription through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple. Apple manages all payments made through the App Store, which means refunds cannot be issued by the Kegel Men support team.

Why Refund Requests Must Be Made Through Apple
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are processed and managed by Apple. Because of this, developers like Kegel Men do not have the ability to issue refunds, even if we want to assist.
Our team can only view limited subscription information, such as whether a subscription exists or whether it has been canceled. However, we cannot process refunds or modify App Store payments.
For this reason, all refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple’s refund system.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow the instructions provided by Apple:
Visit Apple’s refund request page
Sign in using the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
Select the Kegel Men subscription from your list of purchases.
Choose the reason for your refund request and submit it.
Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision.
Important
Refund approval is determined by Apple, and the final decision is made according to Apple’s refund policies.
