What You Can Track
With Daily Records, you can log:
- Your mood
- Water intake
- Sleep duration
You can also add a photo to your records. This helps you visually track changes in your appearance and understand how your daily habits impact your skin over time.
How to Add a Daily Record
Follow these steps to create a record:
- Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
- In the Daily Records section, tap Add Record
- Choose the options and complete the fields on the screen
By keeping your records updated, you can better understand your progress and build healthier daily habits that support your results.
