Your plan follows a 28-day structured program, where you receive a new set of exercises each day.
Please note:
- Some days may feel repetitive — this is intentional
- Certain exercises may target areas beyond your main focus
This approach ensures balanced muscle engagement and helps you achieve better overall results.
How to Progress in Your Plan
To move forward in your plan:
- You need an active Premium subscription
- You must complete at least one exercise per day
If you do not complete any exercises on a given day, you will not be able to unlock the next day’s session.
Why Can’t I Skip Ahead?
Even if you complete your daily exercises, you cannot unlock multiple days at once.
Each new day becomes available after a set time period.
This is intentional to:
- Prevent overworking facial muscles
- Avoid unnecessary tension or strain
- Allow muscles time to recover and adapt
